Orders - Purchase Terms: By submitting an order you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to Clean-USA. You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase and you represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of any such credit card. You are responsible for payment of state, local and city taxes. You are responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation is simply a recognition that we have received your requested order and does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold or to prohibit a sale altogether. We expect that if your credit card is lost or should your credit card be used by someone other than yourself, you will notify the credit card provider in accordance with its reporting requirements. Secure Online Ordering: When you place an order with us, we need to know your name, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date, billing address and shipping address. This information is used for the purposes of processing and fulfilling your orders, administering our business and to notify you of products and services or special offers that may be of interest to you. U.S. Orders: All orders shipping within the United States of America will ship via UPS Ground Service unless you specify otherwise at the time of your order. Please note it may take 1-2 business days to process and ship your order regardless of the shipping option you choose. International Orders: We have the capability to ship orders internationally, however the process for orders outside of the United States of America, is not automated. For an estimate of international shipping cost, complete and submit the Int'l Shipping Request Form. The choice of carrier is at our discretion. Shipping estimates are in US currency. Shipments made outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Backorders: Although we make every effort to prevent shortages, occasionally we may sell out of stock on one or more items thereby creating a backorder situation. When a backorder situation occurs we will notify you via e-mail of such a backorder situation. We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from Clean-USA, you may return all or part of your order within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. (Less shipping and handling) Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in the factory sealed container for an exchange or a refund. Instructions for returning merchandise: To speed your exchange or refund, please follow and complete the following steps. Step 1. In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return requests must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Please complete and submit the RA# Request Form to allow our staff to process the action you require. Please follow the steps below. Step 2. Once you have received your Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us, print two copies. Retain one copy for your records and include the second copy in the package with the returned items. Step3. Send your package to: Clean-USA Returns, 1420 Columbia Ave, Palm Harbor, FL 34683. Please note: Clean-USA cannot process a return without confirming its receipt, therefore we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and/or insured to ensure delivery. Clean-USA is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned merchandise. Returned merchandise should be carefully packed. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, including any instructions and accessories, with the Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levy a restocking fee of 15% on the cost of undamaged returned merchandise. At our discretion, any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided and such amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
